NB303
NB303 is a fully humanized blocking mAb exhibits its anti tumor function via inhibiting T-cell exhaustion and ligand induced apoptosis.
The target for NB303 is abnormally expressed on tumor cells. Engagement of this target with its ligand on T-cells induces apoptosis or exhaustion. Translational study on human primary cells and efficacy test on humanized murine model (reconstituted with PBMCs) confirmed the target biology. NB303 provides opportunity for ADC modality considering higher expression of the target on multiple tumor types.
